When you call, describe the affected fixture or pipe, whether water is still flowing, any gas smell, the property type and access details. We will tell you how to stop the damage and how soon we can be there.

Turn off the property water supply if it is safe to do so. Move valuables away from the affected area and call with the pipe location, visible damage and access details.
Stop flushing toilets and avoid using connected fixtures if wastewater is backing up. The plumber checks whether the obstruction is local or in the main drain before agreeing on the clearing method.
